For most European routes, 4-8 hours is sufficient. Long-range intercontinental flights are easier with 24–48 hours notice for permits. Urgent requests are our daily bread. Don’t hesitate to call last-minute.
Yes. Pets travel in-cabin with you, not in cargo. We handle documentation, veterinary paperwork and crew briefing. Larger animals, specific destinations and exotic pets require planning. Give us 48 hours where possible.
We maintain a live empty-leg board for clients on our roster. Ask your consultant to keep an eye on routes you frequent. We’ll ping you when something favorable appears, often at a third of the charter price.
Every aircraft we place is on either ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO registers. We cross-check against our own operator audit before every charter. Crew experience levels and recent training records are verified as part of the process.
